Where to get table saw blades?
Hello yet again,
Went ahead and got the metabo TS 254. Loving it so far ( and solid fence btw). Shame it seems as though dados arent an option.
Now to the big question
I need new table saw blades. Separate thread I asked about the types... Here I am purely interested.....
Where do you get your table saw blades?
Any great online shops for a newbie? Any great blade brands I just have to get, or 1 specific type? Would love opinions ASAP as I will end up at bunnings buying a blade soon I think if there are no other recommendations.
Also need to resaw some stock-- ( read about the dangers and safety jigs featherboards etc) but which blade should be used for resawing?

I get mine from carbatec. I like the cmt brand blades.
If you do go to bunnings, check out the diablo blades, they are good blades and not too pricy.

Henry Brothers
Henry Brothers in Old Hawkesbury Road, Vineyard. Their advice is professional, their own blades (circular and bandsaw) are excellent quality and very reasonably priced. They have a reliable sharpening service, and can supply blades to any specification.
I have been using them for many satisfied years, in fact, I have a blade being sharpened as I write this. There is also an extensive range of router bits.
The usual disclaimer - I have no connection with them except as an extremely satisfied customer.

I use red Torquata blades from timbecon, order them online with fast postage, i frequently rip hardwoods and have found their blades adequate for my needs

Infinity. Bought mine when Northwood tools were still around and importing them. Great blades (and router bits too).
BTW, there are some up on the auction site presently (no affiliation etc etc etc)
