    Default Which table saw to choose.

    Hi All,

    I new here and this is my first post. I am about to buy a table saw. I have narrowed it down to 2 options. I just want to get some opinions on which one I should go for. The choices are

    - SawStop 10" Compact Table Saw CTS
    - DeWalt DWE7491-XE 2000W 254mm (10") Table Saw

    Considering the exact same 2.
    Dewalt - slightly lighter, wider rip.
    SawStop - much dearer, assists with accident prevention.

    Without having used either, my general impression is that the sawstop is probably a <slightly> better saw.
    With the dw on special, it was a hard decision but I think I will go for the sawstop.
