Hello,

a little more than 1 year that I develop my CN… I have just carried out a major modification of this one on the level of the table. Indeed, made at the origin containing CP filmed, and thus prone to very large deformations, I have just replaced it by a system of structure ALUMINUM.

For this new table I took as a starting point the CN which I use on my work place; sliding rails supporting the positionable suction cups with wish.

More nothing to see with the preceding one! Flatness, rigidity and precision are with go! Super, super!!!

Below the bonds vidéos which will show you:

A video first which explains the installation of the table on my CN, as well as the various adjustments of alignments and parallelisms, for a perfect flatness.

This video second: in the beginning of this one you will see the tests of machinings carried out on various panels (agglomerated 19, medium 16, CP 16, melamine 19).
The maintenance of the panels is ensured thanks to the system of the suction cups repositionnables on consoles, and a depression by vacuum pump.
Then, some images on the behavior of the depression and the vacuum pump, according to the panel to be maintained.
Lastly, a test of maintenance on a piece of solid oak (thickness 27 mm)…

And finally last the video (3°partie), on the machining of the top in solid oak thickness 27mm…
Attention, there that becomes serious!
