    Default Table saw/jointer/ thicknesser combo

G'day. I am in the market for a table saw/thicknesser/jointer combination. I would like something accurate and reliable. I am not very experienced but would like something I can "grow into". Any recommendations?

One of the Mini-max or Hammer machines.

If you can really afford it, the Knapp and Felder combos are hard to beat.

    Default Combos

Thanks Boban. Excuse my ignorance but is Knapp the brand of jointer/thicknesser that Felder teams its saw up with, or is it another combo option?

No Knapp is a brand on its own, and as far as combo machines are concerned (as per the opinion of Phil Ashley in AWR) they are the ants pants in the combo world and priced accordingly.

As a tip, think about two seperate machines such as thicknesser/planer and saw/spindle moulder. That's just my preference but good luck in your search of nirvana.

    Default combo

Thanks Boban - I went with the Felder combo. It seemed solid and had nice bits.
