awesome little project. the only few things i can see:
you still have to lock the fence manually which is a bit of a shame, if you have to walk over to lock it in you might as well move it manually
would be great with voice commands. so while you're doing something you can yell at your table saw and router like a wooden version of iron man.
you'd really want a stop sensor/limit close to the blade, can't see things ending well if it just keeps driving the fence into the blade because it forgot where it's position is.

There's a bit more info in the comments. The lock is for manual adjustment - not needed when using the motor. Planning a hall-effect sensor to limit blade wars.
