Default Tablesaw Combo brand id needed

    Hi,
Friend of mine has a tablesaw with planer/thicknesser on one side, and a sanding disc attachment on the other. He is having problems with the thicknesser. He has the feed roller adjusted up so much it leaves deep marks in the timber yet the cutter blades don't touch the timber. He has adjusted the blades out as much as he dares to but they still don't touch the timber while the feed roller is in contact with the timber. They blades and the feed roller are original.

Something is clearly out of whack, and I thought a user manual might offer clues on proper adjustment of the blades, but unfortunately there is no brand name or model number anywhere on the machine. Can anyone identify it from the photos below please?

My apologies for the pic's sideways orientation. They were the right way round when I uploaded them.

Looking at the ourigger of the sand disc table and the round bar the saw fence slides on makes me think it is an Artisan.

Thanks John, I'll check online for Artisan machines, I'd not heard of that brand before.

My friend said he thinks his machine was made years ago in Northcote or Fitzroy in Melbourne, but I don't know how he got that idea or if it's correct.

Yes. There were a lot about the industry. Father owned the one I inherited and my son now has it.
    Good solid machine.
