Entry level thicknessers - CT vs H&F
Hi all
I'm looking to pick up a cheap thicknesser - and am tossing between the Carbatec CT-317 and the Woodmaster T-330 from Hare and Forbes.
The H&F number has a stand and 2 speeds, and is slightly wider, prices are close enough, and carbatec seems to have the better warranty...
Any thoughts on these? or others in similar price range.....
I'm not planning on recycling much hardwood, but do plan on machining up rough sawn hardwoods, blackwood etc, with a fairly low duty-cycle....
Thanks
Lee
