McGraw Edison shopmate 5200AT4 radial arm saw and router
McGraw Edison shopmate 5200AT4 radial arm saw and router
I have had this for 30 years - and although I have found the motor unit squeaky sounding it has served me very well. Today the motor went beyond squeaky and the saw blade feels catchy too when hand turned. I guess its time to look at the bearings and maybe pull out some sawdust from the gearbox..
Question is has anyone got an assembly manual or any schematic so that I know what I am targeting to fix or service
Any help appreciated...

Hi Bob, I have a Shopmate manual for Model 5200 TYPE 4 if that's any good. I could send you a copy If you send details. Ace Darlington.

I find it mildly amusing that two Brits had to come downunder to find each other.
Good luck with the saw, don't be afraid to post pics of the overhaul. We really like photos here.
Did I mention that we like WIP photos.
Oh and welcome to the forums to you both. Those were the droids I was looking for.
