Default OMGA 600 Radial Arm, New Motor, won't run with the blade installed. Any thoughts?

I have an old green OMGA Radial Arm with a 14" Blade. I have had it for the best part of 20 years and it has always been a great machine, so when the motor eventually burnt out, due to my making it work too hard, with a less than sharp blade, I eventually opted to buy a new replacement motor.
It had to be ordered From the USA via Ron Mack Machinery in Perth, (I am in Adelaide) which took a couple of months, I had it installed in the housing by the pro's at LEDA Machinery and it spins like a top, without the Blade installed, but blows the 15A fuse in my workshop, when the Blade is attached.
    The following gives some background.
The old motor for all those years ran fine in the same workshop, without the 15A plug, but I have upgraded that now.
The old motor had one big Capacitor but the new one has 2 smaller ones, but all else appears the same apart from that...
when I start it WITH the Blade attached, the first stage runs as normal, but when the effort stage that I assume takes over to get the revs up, it makes that slight/ typical electrical hum noise, then refuses to run, taking out the fuse, seemingly quite gently.
I know I could up the fuse to 20A and see if that lets it run, but I am a little hesitant on that score.
Bottom line, it seems as though it is like a Starter motor working in a car, but the actual Motor won't Respond.
Any thoughts here would be appreciated!

what size motor? I've seen the OMGA RN450 with the 2.9kw single phase motor which have the 2 starter caps, allowing for pf of 83 that's about a 15amp draw on 240v. I'd be looking at a 20A breaker if that's the motor you have, the extra headroom for inrush current on the breaker won't hurt either.

First things first , take it back to the SPARKy's at LEDA and get them to check the installation and wiring.

If that is all correct then have the 20amp circuit breaker installed, these motors have a starting winding and a run winding, if the windings are not correctly hooked up , you will blow the breaker regardless of the capacity .
