    Very useful info, most of my spindle moulder knowledge was based on this video clip when I first learnt how to use it.. old spindle moulder require a lot of time to setup and quite a few templates...

    I had the video on this ,remember it well.Thanks Rob for bringing it to my attention once more.
    Anyone use a wobble saw I never have? I got one with the tooling a chap threw in when I bought my Combination machine.

    I suppose it was the type of video you may have got at a wood show or something like Carbatec before there may have been a Carbatec Johnno ?
    where did stuff like this come from back then? Is it early to mid 80s ?

    I wish I had seen it 30 years ago. Ive gathered the same info from books and other tradesmen since I started looking into getting a spindle moulder about 25 years back.

    Ive not used a wobble saw . Ive got two of the adjustable slot cutters . I like them .

    Has any one seen where to get the stacked cutters for doing finger joints ? Box comb cutters or corner locking as Roy calls them in the video. Ive been searching online but haven't seen any yet .

    I have'nt seen the stacked cutters either might be from an Enlish tooling Co.Elan might know more about them.

    I did get the Video at a Woodshow if I recall ,had a couple of the WW videos passed on to the mens shed for their training .

    Really excellent video. Full of good ideas. Interesting how often he is using a "false top". Years ago I made lots of oval mirrors and my false top was an almost full sheet of MDF.
    Improvisation is a wonderful thing, but I wish I had seen his video back then. It probably existed, but I would have had to buy the video cassette.
