    Default trupro ms16/32 drum sander

    Hi, just bought a trupro ms 16/32 drum sander second hand, 2000 model I think.
    After much effort I have found that fitting the sanding wrap to the holding clip on the motor side of the drum is entirely impossible. Unlike other brands i've seen, the clip faces the hub in a totally inaccessible spot. Has anyone had any experience with this particular type of sander?

    HI tg04se, while i havent seen the trupro unit, i have jet/performax sander and it came with a little handled hook to make installing the sander easier.

    If you poke around the jet website should be able to find the manuals for the 16/32 jet sander its might be of help:

    If it doesnt help let me know and i'll hunt around and take a pic of my hook.

    Thanks joez, yeah I've seen the jet style clip and hook tool. My one is not the same, its a really strange set up.
