Default About Upgrading on my lunch box thicknesser

I currently have a 6" jointer from Timbecon and a 12" lunch box thicknesser with Helical cutters from Hares and Forbes. I found that I rarely used my jointer at all. I think the reason for that is 6" is too narrow for most of the work that I do. I find that I either flatten a board by hand or use the thicknesser with the help of sledge. Recently I am thinking of getting a wider thicknesser or thicknesser/planer combo. But it seems that the largest combo with a single-phase motor is 300 mm or 12" wide. A single phrase 15" thicknesser, on the other hand, is available. Given that I haven't been using the jointer, should I be going for a wider thicknesser instead of a combo machine?

The Hammer A3-41 is available as single phase. It’s 410/406mm planer/Thicknesser

But a lot of money for something you don’t/might not use. Guess it comes down to ‘if I had 410mm of jointer, would I use it mor/ would I have used it more’ ...
