    Default Woodfast 150 Model 1

Six months ago I investigated the correct method for using the jointer to do rebates. This relies on having the front edge of the knives aligned to the inner edge of the rebate ledge. So now that the knives ate dull, today I attempted to set the knives correctly, and found that the rear edge of the knives seemed to collide with some casting dags. Anyone see any issue filing the dags away ? Anyone else suffered the same issue ?

Even though its a 150mm machines, the knives are more like 160mm+
