Brobo Waldown super 16
Hello everyone,
Well, I have a long awaited new addition to my shed coming home tomorrow.
I'm praying I haven't bought a dud as I purchased a Brobo Waldown drill press at an online auction using three pictures as a guide. And I no doubt payed too much for it. It is from a TAFE college and is 240 Volt. It looks shorter than the Hare and Forbes models next to it, but seems taller than a bench model? So I will need to make a short sturdy stand for it.
I am at a loss trying to find any literature on this drill press. So here is my question, does anyone have a super 16? Or does any one know where a guy can get a manual or online PDF?
Cheers

Thank you Gary, I have replied.
Drill Press is home (Feck it is heavy!) and is wonderful! Solid castings and a solid column make for an accurate impressive machine.
I just had an E-mail from David at Brobo, this drill was built in 1991 and has survived being in TAFE.
The storemen at Regency TAFE filled me in on why they were selling off 4 drill presses, they don't comply with todays safety standards even though mine has been retro fitted with a micro switch on the belt cover, a lift up guard around the chuck and a lock out stop button. The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.
