Chisel Morticer set up/parts
I have a small chisel morticer that I got from a deceased estate some years ago, and I'm finally getting around to setting it up.

As you can see, it has been bastardized to a degree by turning it around on its base and fitting a machine vice. While the vice seems nice and solid with no slop or movement in it, I am worried about its ability to hold the timber when the chisel pulls back up. Also, in turning it around, the base now takes up quite a bit of bench space. Ideally I think that I'd like to return it to its original design, however there are parts missing.
I have searched for the model shown on the machine.

I found only a few references to something similar, and only one that I would consider to be identical. It was the AW12BM 12mm Bench Morticer from Axminster in the UK, but it is not a machine that is sold anymore. I did managed to download a manual for it though, with a diagram and parts list that allowed me to work out what was missing. I basically need the entire fence assembly, minus the hold down yoke, which I have.
The only clue that I have to its Australian origin is a sticker on the motor, which is mostly missing, but I suspect it is an old Carbatec sticker. I'll be getting in touch with them today, but I'm not hopeful that they can help.

Has anyone got any idea where I might find the parts that I require to return this to original?
TIA
