Mat Just a thought could you go to where you bought yours or shop that sells them and copy a new one
or you can work it out if you know motor speed and diameters of the pulleys

I did find those sites. The woodmagazine one is good but only has the two sets of pulleys - I need one for three sets with the central idler pulley.

I think you'll find is all you need for a Guide is rpm MAT............There should be a setup guide showing pully configerations to obtain various RPM's under the hood of the pully cover.

I have been using guide from Australian Woodsmith since I bought me Drill Press PM me if you want a Copy mines a 3 pully setup just like yours!

The quality is crap but heres a pic of the guide under the pully hood See Pics:
