Hafco 630 twin drum sander
I have just bought Hafco drum sander and I am having problems with the rear drum burning the timber. Iwas running 80 to 120 but that did not work so I changed to 80 to 80 but it still burnt.

What feed speed are you using? Burning usually indicates too slow. You should also only be taking off a very small amount with each pass.
To spread the wear on the abrasive and prevent clogging, try feeding the timber through at a slight angle rather than exactly perpendicular to the roller axis.
Important to keep one of those rubbery abrasive cleaner sticks handy and de-clog the rollers regularly.

the back roller may be set lower then the front by a 1mm which is causing pressure on the timber thus the burning,
