Depends on the machine
First it would have to have 200mm clearance just to fit your work on the bed
The theoretical depth of mortice is the square length of the chisel.
But if you started in accurately from both sides, then you could take out the middle part on a pedestal drill ... even a hand-drill ... and clean up with a chisel.
Or just do it all by hand Then you're limited by your arm length and your imagination
Cheers,
Paul

Morticing Machine capablity
Hi PNC,
My advice would be not to worry about using a morticing machine for this task. Set yourself up with an appropriate support with the drill press and drill out most of the waste in just a few minutes. Slice out the remaining waste with sharp firmer chisels. I'd be looking to do four motices like that before morning tea. Good Luck
