A standard mitre saw is much more rigid and resistant to bending or deflecting the blade away from your cut line.

When I need accuracy I go all old school; the timber is marked with a knife line, I’ll use a power tool to get as close as I dare and finish it off with a hand plane taking shavings down to the line. It’s actually very quick and much more satisfying than trying to chase a pencil line with a spinning blade.
Oh ok gotcha, thanks for explaining. I think for my purposes I would still like the ability to have the sliding function. I still do that sort of old school style for when im making myself something or a present but not for my side business as before these machines starting acting up they were plenty accurate enough as never had a complaint.

OP, do you need both a compound mitre saw, and a table saw? The answer would depend on what you are planning to do, and for the type of work that you are describing. I would guess that you will only need one, or at least to start with. I notice that I have hardly ever used my compound mitre saw for the work that I do, which is not that different than yours.
If you are buying one type of saw, I will go for a table saw. And I'd spend the money you put aside for two saw to buy a good table saw with a cast iron table, and with the type of setup that you can get accessories to improve the usability and accuracy of the saw further.
Also, there is an active 2nd hand market for these types of saws (contractor or cabinet), and there are a lot of accessories that would help you, e.g., a Biesemeyer style fences, Wixey digital saw fence readout or an Incra mitre gauge.
Makita or Dewalt's are generally makes of job-site table saws. While they are good enough for building or carpentry type of work, they lack the flatness and rigidity of a cast iron table and the possibility of buying aftermarket accessories.

Yes unfortunately both in my shop get used just as much as each other, not many that I would consider buying second hand around me as they are either extremely beat up or prices are just below brand new of the same type and other reasons I would prefer new. Is there any saws both mitre and table that you would recommend with my above requirements/ desires?

Perhaps not what you are looking for.

Milwaukee tools are badge-engineered Ryobi products made by Techtronic Industries, headquartered in Hong Kong but with factories in Shenzen, China.

They may be from the same parent company but they are far superior product made for the professional user whereas their Ryobi range is for the handyman

So I bit the bullet and bought a Bosch xc and noticed the tracks are two different sizes and i am being lazy so trying to find runners to fit rather than cutting but have a new saw and she is all shiny waiting to be used. Thanks to everyone for the advice and help
