Default need part for a performax 22-44 sander

    Chaps,

I have just relocated and the removalist have broken the main alloy arm on my drum sander. The arm holds the drum assemble.

Any ideas where I would buy a new one?

Still looking for an arm. Contacted woodworking warehouse in Melbourne no good but are still looking.

sent an e-mail to "Power Tools and Machinery" in Perth (04.07.11) indications were they might have one. Have sent 2 further e-mails with photos and more information and made 2 phone calls to them but to date all I get is "someone else is looking at that".

So if anyone has any idea thet would be great.

Hi Pappy, you could try Gregory machinery in Brisbane.

    Default .

It took a while but my sander is repaired and back into action.

special thanks to Leigh Anderson at Gregory Machinery, he put a lot of time into getting the part from overseas.

Now I can tackle some of the projects the kids have on the board for me.
