    Default Rolair compressors

    I have followed with interest Fencefurniture's enthusiasm for his new Hush50 compressor. My current old Clisby unit is making noises that sound like it might be in it's death throes. I was passing my local Sydney Tools outlet the other day so called in to have a look at the Hush50. No question that it is significantly quieter than the Clisby. As there is a Total Tools nearby I called into there to see what they might have. They have a Rolair unit that appears very similar to the Hush50, the JCW50H, although a bit more expensive.
    Does anybody have any experience with these?

    I have a rolair ....I think it's a j20plus (can't remember exactly)
    I have used it daily (running nail guns - carpenter) for about 2.5 to é years now and it still works like a dream. Can happily hold a conversation next to it whilst it's ticking over...

    Couldn't recommend it highly enough

    I haven't actually compared it to other silent compressors
