Toolex 10" table saw
Hi all,
Does anyone have an opinion or experience with this Toolex table saw? Have seen one for sale second hand and I can't seem to find any real reviews on them.

Sorry about that, I had posted a link which was underlined in the editing page but blended in a little too well when viewed normally

can't say I know any thing about this saw , but from the spec's it looks good with exception of the motor power, however if you work within the capacity of the machine , you should be right,.
I have a Toolex Bench Grinder 200mm 3/4 hp and it's 25years old and I have replaced the switch & bearings, otherwise used all the time .

I think Gasweld at Gladstone St Fyshwick stock a lot of Toolex gear - it may be Gasweld's house brand so possibly a rebadge. I think I have seen a table saw in that shop - may be worth a visit to get a before and after comparison.

Thanks guys, I was thinking that the power was a little low but I've seen one which is on the market for $550. Price seems ok and considering I'm just using a Triton at the moment I think a changeover price wouldn't leave me out of pocket by much.

That's gotta be a typo, 1/2hp.
That would really struggle to make a cut, I'd be checking to see if that is correctCheers

I suppose if you could get one for $500 or there abouts then it might be a good buy. But there is no way in the world i would pay $1200 for a 1/2 hp table saw. For around that price there are plenty of other very good options.

Just thought I'd post an update, I didn't pursue this saw in the end. As indicated, it's an underpowered saw which was one of my initial concerns. Looks like I'm saving up some more $$$ for a TSC-10 still
