    Maybe some bissaloy won't oxy cut, but I haven't come accross it yet. I actually find that bis cuts really nicely as a general rule as long as it is clean.

    Given that the plate is pretty cruddy a #15 has the extra heat value to get up to cut speed quickly.In this case having too much wouldn't hurt.Your right in thinking #12 for 25 but that clean plate. It will allow a hotter faster cut.
