    Hi to all in the welding section of this forum.
    My name is Dobre and this probally is not the right place to introduce myself but i guess that i will spend more time here. I am a welder by trade and enjoy getting the helmet on and have fun with the welder. I live in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I enjoy reading interesting posts and open to learn new ideas and suggestions from others.

    Hi Dobre, and welcome to the forums.

    I received my first welder the other day. I haven't used it yet as I don't have a helmet.

    I've not done any welding before so perhaps you will be able to offer me some advice over time.

    Actually, any advice re safety for someone who has never welded?
