Inverter welder help.
Hey all for my wife bought myself a welder for my bday last month. Its an inverter stick/tig. As she new id be wanting to weld small and big stuff this is what the guy at the shop suggested she purchase(Uni-Mig - Suppliers of Mig Welder, Tig Welder, Plasma Cutters, Gas Cutting Equipment, supplies and parts for your welding machines). Now i'm only learning to weld and plan on welding panels for my commy but also bigger stuff for my 4wd and trailer. Will the tig be good enough for panel work on my car leaving the arc for my 4wd stuff or can the tig be used for both. I realise the arc wont do the thin panels on my car. If the welder wont do what i want i guess i'll have to look into a cheap mig which i dont want to do.
