    Default Lunch box Tig Hf start

    i have a Lunch box Tig Hf start. but the start zapps on the earth as well as the tungsten . its weird and some time shocks ya . any ideas whats wrong .?

    i am not sure of brand its black think its Italian.

    Your 'Earth', actually return clamp and cable, is the problem. Most likely you haven't attached it properly and when you create an arc the juice takes the easy route up the filler rod to your hand instead of the return lead. If the return clamp doesn't have a strong spring get a new one fitted.
