The cap is excellent .
It should just be a "skin" of filler so there is no sag, and it is well done!

Watc h the holes in the2nd pass filler as they may not fuse inwhen the cap pass is laid over it.
They come from vertical "jumps" in an otherwise even pattern.
If you doing root bend tests and they take a sample from that spot it can fail.

The peno bead is nice and consistent and even.No lack of fusion,suckback or over penetration is evident.

Don't forget to pay attention to the leg lengths on your fillet sizes on the tee joints because that's where most fall over.

You will be okay ,just to try to be relaxed about your test.

thanks for the replys guys! really want to find a job in welding or even an apprenticeship since im only 22..but cant seem to find anything in Melbourne! being jobless sucks! hopefully i finish this welding course. lols
