Welding a Cracked Head
Hey guys i have a small outboard 4 stroke that has some how cracked the jacket on the cylinder head, to replace will cost $1650
To repair this head properly will cost $750
I refuse to use JB Weld, can i just leave the engine assembled and use a propane torch to get a little preheat in there and glue it with my EWM PICOMIG 180? I don't think its structual its just a intake port or exhaust port
For size refference that is aspark plug next to the crack
