I’ve had a rather disturbing visit from our local council compliance commissar.
As my non conforming permitted use is ‘woodworking’ I may be selling off a couple of items wot aren’t woodworking and aren’t strictly needed.

About 10 years ago I brought home from the structures’ lab an old rig.

It’s a 12mm steel plate 3.2 m x 1.2m welded to two longitudinal 200mm x 100mm x 5mm sections the full length.
This sits on a couple of cast iron machine base sections giving a deck height of 770mm.
Theres a few tapped holes in the top but it’s pretty clean and rust free.
I used it with 5 50 x 50 fabricated frames to cut and repair a car chassis.

The other is a 45” x 55” cast iron printers stone.
Sits on original wooden base, all the drawers of type traded for lifting onto my ute 25 years ago.
Ive used this as a marking off table. (Patternmaking).
There might be about a 1mm sag across it, I can check when it’s decluttered with my 1m straight edge and feelers.
Probably a large angle plate with it.

This is just a heads up to see if there is any interest out there.
Can post pics or Inspection ok if there is.
H.
