    Default antique thicknesser

I seek info on a very heavy cast iron thickness-er, specs/ settings for a 24 inch thickness-er belt driven cutter spindle with 9 inch depth, it has feed rollers

It's heavy and has feed rollers. Seriously?
Look, I don't want to be "that guy", but you've just described EVERY 24" thicknesser on the planet.

I believe you'll have to make 3 posts before you can attach photos.

What info are you wanting? A manual, how to identify the make, how to set it up, adjustments. Or to identify it and sell it?

As the others have said, photos would be beneficial and the info you have provided is too generic to help.
