    Hi Matt,
I looked in my odds and sods tin to see if I had either, but alas and alack - no.
All I found were a couple of front plates and a heap of adjusters for bench planes.
    Good luck with your quest

Toolexchange.com.au have a lateral adjusting lever, that they say is for an 18/19. Not sure if it will fit your plane though Matt. I have an 18 in the shed if you need measurements to compare with your’n.
