    Default Brass Bearing PTI Grinder

This is an old PTI grinder jig that I have finally gotten around to putting back into use. I am going to add a disc sander to it.
The motor housing is custom made to allow me to move it from this unit to others as needed. I have yet to add a safety switch (from Timbercon) and a belt guard.

    Enjoy!

    Default Update

I'll try to post a picture of the unit being used as a disc grinder

    Cool Update with a picture

    Here we go.

I've got to add a couple of larger pulleys as the current speed has the unfortunate effect of inducing brown trousers when trying to sharpen things.

It does do a cracking job of trimming stuff down to size, but I have to add a stable platform that I can adjust the angle on. A project of the coming school holidays, I hope
