I'm confused, he says "Selling because the wife and I are saving for a house. I haven't seen another one of these in complete condition since I bought and restored it and the sale is reluctant - translation, the price is firm."

I think he is a confused individual…Say the average price of the drill is $100, even if he spent 8hrs restoring and painting it and he thinks his time is worth $50/Hr It is one of those thing you do for passion not to make a buck because the market dictates that the value is still only $100 your not going to make back your investment…...

I spent 3weeks full time just trying to derust and get mine unsiezed. Since then I have painted it done gold detail and mine is a rare version maybe i can sell him mine for $2000

Maybe he think make an offer is offers above $500
