Hand tool auctions in Sydney
Hello everyone.
Does anybody know of any Hand tool auctions in Sydney in August?
I will be down for the month and would love to fill up the car with some nice old hand tools. (maybe not hand brace bits, I have too many already)
Also is there any good stores in Sydney to visit for old tools?
Thank you

The TTTG has its bimonthly meeting on the 13th from memory.
Best to look them up on the net for details.
They usually have an auction of junk after the meeting.
That said there can be some gems in the junk.
There is a shop in Glebe called Salvage 42 which is on Ross St Glebe.
Kim has old tools.
He used to be a seller at the Sydney Tool Sale and Swap which I organised from '86 to last year.
As I am now retired I will not be doing this any longer.
The workin with wood show has at least one seller of old stuff but it is 26th July.
I have a few planes and a stash of Titan chisels if you want to ping me when your in town.
