It is a bit hard to get a feel for the size of some these items:
This scale was about 1m wide and even deeper. It also was quite complimentary when I stood on it.

This sign is solid cast brass and again is huge approx 1.5m long

I'm quite curious about this precision drill.

Massive one piece surface plate had a grid on the surface $3000
    Machines37.jpgMachines38.jpg

I quite like this surface plate which is about as long as the other was wide.

Great polishing wheel set up, labelled as a boot makers.

This is a larger breast drill than those you normally see, must be the DD size.

A oversized tool chest for those of you with extra large tools! For scale see the car ramps to the right standing on end.

It is getting sold as home decorator items (turn old machinery into lamps, tables, or rusty items to sit on the mantle piece.) so they are asking what I think are over the top prices for stuff, you my be able to negotiate a viable deal.

Can't tell you the name of the place sorry. What I can say is it is in North Geelong, coming from Melbourne, it's on your left handside coming down the bridge/overpass thingy. So if your not in the left hand lane you won't be able to see it. Just near the Ford Factory.

Those Hahn and Kolb drills are beautifully built. They run at relatively high speeds for drilling small diameter holes typical in metalworking. Clockmakers love them.

Any idea of what it's actual street value as a user would be??

Sorry that is all the photos I took, I had to shift what i could to get these, there is probably more stuff hidden in there that you can't even see or get within a few metres of. Also the missus was getting very snaky as she was bored out of her mind and wanted to go someplace nice and have lunch……….Geez her priorities need fixing huh

I had a wander around there today but I must have missed a shed as i'm sure I didn't see any of the stuff in that first lot of photos. Heaps of stuff in that place, most of it over priced though
