What is this tool?
Does anyone know what this is?
It doesn’t have teeth nor a razor sharp edge.
It is flat along one face and convex on the other.

It’s a bearing scraper for scraping inside large diameter plane journal bearings. The reason it doesn’t have sharp edges is because it is as blunt as a very blunt thing!
The upper curved surface will have finely ground edges for the last couple of mm before they meet with the flat bottom. Those ground edges would have been honed first, then the flat bottom was honed. The intersecting edge would have been razor sharp at that point, ready for use.Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.
