    Default Does any one know about this clock?

    I have been cleaning and lubricating my Grandmothers clock, I am wondering if any one can provide any information as to the maker, it is cir 1925 and full Westminster chime the movement was made in France.

    I found the logo for your movement here http://www.mikrolisk.de/show.php/280/letter.

    I don't know anything about your movement personally, but there is a heap of guys over on the NAWCC forums that would be able to help you out. Try here Clocks General.

    I have been onto the NAWC and found the clock was made by the French clock maker Vedette and the movement would have been supplied by a movement maker maybe Hermle with the vedette stamp on it, can't find much info on the Vedette company though.
