Clock completed
Hi, just finished this clock from CMI plans and a quartz movement. Runs great ‘cept Ive gotta just adjust the time.
Made from Blackwood and finished with 3 coats of Cabots danish oil and two coats of Ubeaut trad wax.
BTW The white thing at bottom of case are the instructions for the movement, it’s for my daughter.
woops sideways pic sorry.

Very nice Andrew. You have done a great job.
I do like the long drop octagon wall clocks. I would love a wind up Railway clock myself (Seth Thomas would be nice!) but they are very collectable, and thus price prohibitive at the moment.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks Walesley, also all the other likes etc. I had to look up the Seth Thomas clock, looks very similar, btw you can get wind-up movements for these too. $$$ .
Next time (a Grandfather for my wife is on the bucket list) I’ll post some construction pictures.
