Clock Inserts
Hi all
Can some please let me know where is a good place to get clock inserts from please.
Also are inserts the same as fit ups.
Any help would be appeciated.

Yes inserts are the same as fit-ups. Both are quartz movements that push into the rorrect size hole.

I have found http://www.photogloss.com.au/cms/ very reasonably priced and excellent service. Haven't used the website so can't comment on it, I have always contacted them by phone to place my orders.
