    Default Guitar clocks, wall clocks. Just starting out

    Hi all, Great to be a part of the forum! Can't wait to dive in and learn some new stuff. I've been working with wood for a while and love to read up on what other people are doing, if you get a sec you can check out my new website with a few of my latest clocks.     Welcome Joe

    Love the sunbursts. What sort of scale are the guitar clocks made at roughly?

    A mate did a scrappy little BC Rich Warlock for my 19th birthday many years ago (pre-dating dirt). It was the axe I was slinging at the time and I've kept it ever since, even if it is broken now.

    The clock outlived the guitar btw...I snapped the body in half putting in some new bridge pegs And it was a true American guitar, not the cheaper ones produced in Asia by the same company

    Thanks! Scale is about 2.5:1 (if I did the math right ) or about 17.5 inches (44.5 cm). I used a very scientific method for reproducing the body contours: I found a good picture and traced it right off my 32" tv
    The warlock is a mean looking guitar, maybe I'll do one, one of these days!
