Default Need plans for a long case clock with glass front

    Hi All,

I am currently assembling a brass model of the solar system - called an Orrery (weekly parts from the newsagents - still 10 months to go!)

When complete I would like to make a long case style stand, glass fronted with suitable brass skeleton clock on top, the Orrery in a display section below it and then a bookcase/cupboard section to hold the magazines that have come with the kit.

Does anyone know of plans that might be available for something like this? Or of plans that could be modified, I suspect that the amount of glass involved will mean that the frame will need to be substantial.

    Any ideas, suggestions, thoughts?
    Regards

    Brendan
