    Here I am making a Birdseye Huon Pine Wall Clock with a Swan neck Crown..
    A German,Hermle Keywound,Westminster Movement will be installed..

    Yeah, I can almost smell it from here!
    How are you going to finish it chris? will you put a little finial in there at the top? (it looks like it's begging for one...)
    I don't think your pics can do it justice, huon being such a pale timber - must look better in real life that it does on the web.

    Yes there will be a finial on the top and also one on the bottom...
    I an turning them still.
    The finish will be a furniture grade Lacquer by Wattyl..
