Default Acedemic Question: streching a goose

If you did strech a goose or a puddle duck how would you know where to place the mast and center board in relation to the original? Say a 10' duck or 14' goose.

By getting the known centre of the sail in the same relationship to the centreboard as in the original plans.

For these types of scaling of shallow boats with known rigs and foils you can just keep the mast partner and step the same distance from the front of the centreboard as in the original OZ PDRacer. It won't be too far out.

I suspect that a 10ft PDR would not be a big enough difference to make a practical difference to the 8 footer (having worked on the drawings). The 12 footer starts to make sense but is quite a large boat in terms of space.
