Hi MIK.
Im just starting on the spars for the sailing rig, So the mast is extended to accommodate the increase sail area, and Im not rounding it off to increase stiffness.....
Now, with the other spars, the yard gets rounded, do I also have to round off the boom?
Cheers.Nick

Howdy - don't round off the boom.
If is the lug rig version the boom can be 6mm deeper and wider than in the drawings - if the sail is being loose footed. Some have ended up very flexible.
