    Howdy,

Thanks for that. I think you contacted me a couple of weeks ago - had another look at getting not for profit storerboats for sale up on my website but I got sidetracked.

Link to the marketplace is here

    Boat is in Victoria (OZ)

I built it between September 2009 and Feb 2010 and I've only sailed it twice! Sadly, I have to sell as I'm going back to the UK towards the end of April

Well, I hope you're going to build another to join the one on Barton Broad!

Maybe, but a quick canoe will be my first choice (for quickness!) and I've also got the plans for an Oughtred Elf up my sleeve. Having said that I'd be very interested in a Son of Goat!

Bye the way, I just remembered that during my six month visit to the UK this year, I met the owner/builder of the red Goat on Derwentwater where I sail. Pure chance, as I was at a social evening and sat next to someone who was introduced as a fellow boat builder. I asked him what he'd built, he said a 15 ft 6in skiff, the penny dropped and we shook hands as fellow GIS builders separated by 12000 miles!
