Feeling confident that I will have the boat ready by next summer, I totally blew my budget by buying a brand new trailer. Prizes are always a bit better in autumn since the dealers want to avoid having trailers standing outside in snow and rain during winter.

I have been working on the boat..
Since the last post I have actually been doing quite a bit of building, although I have been slow posting it here. Seat tops are glued in, the missing sidearms fitted and glued in place, the first layer of the gunwale is glued in place, knees have been fitted (though not glued), spacers for the inwales is on their way to completion (I have planed the stock, but not cut them to size). Outer layer of the gunwale, inwales, and runners on the bottom and then all that is left is sanding epoxy sealing and paint. That can't take more that three or four months surely?
