Karen Ann's Sailing Adventures
It wasn't epic, but yesterday's light air sail included a circumnavigation of Strong's Island at the north end of Lake Huron. Strong's Island is privately owned and there is no place for to land a boat for a picnic. We enjoyed the day, the sun, the water and the sailing!
There have been other sails in this latest chapter of Karen Ann's adventures in our new found home (Michigan!) - last week's participation in the Grand Haven Pirate Fest, day outings on Dickerson and Crystal Lake, Stoney Creek Lake, Cedarville and her Michigan debut a couple years ago on Woodard Lake.
We'll post other adventures as they happen...
