I thought Bud managed to shoot one short video while sailing but he hasn't put it up on Facebook so maybe it doesn't exist.

After our adventure Bud took this one...Goat tracks!!!

Since we didn't have anyone on shore I don't have any pictures of her sailing. Maybe Bud has more that he'll send later.

One final shot, just before we pulled her out:

You can see the end of the ramp just barely under water. While we were stranded at the dock several trailers were backed off the end of the ramp which makes pulling the trailer back out a very interesting exercise.

Bud now has the sailing video uploaded to his Facebook page:

Sorry it is so short but he was using a still camera with limited video capacity.

I should have researched this yesterday. Now all I get on tides are today's and future tides. They don't seem out of the ordinary today so I don't know how rare yesterday's was except by word of mouth--DNR guy to john-boat guy to me.

Yes, the whole misadventure was hilarious.

But the fates are kind to the dim witted.

If I had known what we would be facing I would not have launched and we would not have the maiden voyage behind us.
