    Default Cow Girl Riding Machine?

Anyone ever heard of one of these? This isn't a joke but I thought it might be worth sharing. SWMBO is still working (she retires next month) but meanwhile works for the local Council in Compliance Services which covers, among other things, Noise Control. Noise complaints usually occur after hours and are dealt with by a local security firm who then submit reports the following day. This morning (she's working at home due to lock-down) she got an emailed report from the firm that they had been called out last night by a woman complaining about excessive noise from a neighbour's property. The complainant was an elderly woman who, when the officer arrived, said the noise was due to her neighbour's "cow-girl riding machine". She invited the officer into her bedroom to listen to the noise but he says he declined and went to listen at the fenceline where he could hear nothing. I must admit that I had to Google the item to see what the heck it was (I've led a sheltered life) and sure enough, it's a mechanical vibrating device. What I really want to know however is; 1. How did the old girl know what it was? and 2. Was the noise she was complaining of only from the machine?

I can't help but observe the next topic in the "new posts" list when I saw this was Wife Needs Xmas Ideas - What's a tool you don't use often but really glad you got it.

But that's in the hand tool forum...
