Could be a good thing. Our buildings have been smoke free for more than a decade but the entire work place went smoke free earlier this year so smokers now have to go off site to smoke. There were a few moans and groans but after 10 months about half the smokers have given up smoking and are exceedingly grateful for the help and extra push this has provided. The other half look increasingly sad and desperate standing on footpaths getting their hit. The best bit is the areas around building entrances and external stairs no longer look and smell like seedy night club entrances.

That's scary.

It means 75% are running around untreated.
